Gerard R.C. Pastrano, CCIM started in real estate after spending 15 yrs in Corporate Advertising. Gerard has enjoyed land related transactions and in the past 28 years has completed over 4,000 acres of land. After becoming a part of SVN and earning his CCIM designation, Gerard became more involved in representing Investors in the purchase of Investment Grade Commercial Properties such as NNN's, MOBs, Offices, Hotels, Build-for-Rent & SFR portfolios. . The heart of our business is and will continue to be land - which is the foundation for all Commercial Development and continued growth in the Texas market.

After graduating from Texas Tech in 2017, Gerard's son - Anthony joined the family business. Like his father - he specializes in Land & Investment Asset acquisition/disposition. Anthony brings a set of unique skills to the firm; combining creative research, marketing skills, and a strong focus on evolving tech in the commercial industry that yields results for our clients.
