Gerard R.C. Pastrano, CCIM has been a Texas Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, in which he has built long lasting relationships with his clients. 

Gerard was the Managing Director & Broker with SVN | Pastrano CRE for over (16) years. As of 2023, Gerard has been the founder of Pastrano Commercial Real Estate (family owned & operated). 
 

Gerard started his career focused on Land & would later become involved in Investment Sales for numerous clients.  To this day, he continues specializing in Land & Site Selection.
Offering a unique & proprietary approach to finding off market opportunities for clients for many different uses.

Gerard has completed over 5,300+ acres of commercial land and $500M in Investment Sale Transactions throughout Central & South Texas, with a strong focus on tracts along the IH-35 Corridor.

 

Gerard is extremely knowledgeable in Central and South Texas geography, demographics & economic generators that drive commercial growth throughout Texas creating opportunities for his clients to capitalize on. 

 

Gerard served on CCIM local chapter as board member, Past President of RCA and member of SABOR, TAR & NAR. Gerard is a graduate of St. Edward's University with a BBA in Marketing.

 

Gerard enjoys the outdoors, traveling with Sarah his wife, and is a big fan of watching College Sports. His favorite charity is St. Vincent de Paul.
